The Shimmering Pineapple Mousse at Trolley Car Starbucks in Hollywood Studios is a very unusual and gorgeous treat. It’s begging for a photo shoot. It’s fairly edible too.

Not in a park, but the 50th anniversary German chocolate cupcake at Contempo Cafe is terrific. I'm local, and when we visit MK we take the resort monorail back to the TTC and stop off at the Contemporary to get a couple to go.

The birthday cake mousse brownie at creature comforts in Animal Kingdom.

The Spring Roll cart in MK has a 50th special roll (pastrami and pepper jack cheese). We waited in line for 40 minutes and it was worth it. The cheeseburger roll was just meh.
