I've seen some pictures and they look fabulous! My DH and I will be dining here in April and we'll get 2 desserts to share (the sampler doesn't appeal to us with the sorbet). So which 2 desserts would you choose? I'm deciding between the Whiskey Cake, Seasonal Cobbler (what kind of fruit have you had in it?), and the Maple Creme Brulee. Help, I can't decide, so I want to know from those with experience here!!! Thank you!

We were there a few weeks ago and had the sampler. I wished the whiskey cake was a bigger piece!!! It was delicious, you can definately taste the whiskey so if your not a big fan I wouldn't recommend it. This was definately our favorite meal on the whole trip. Enjoy

I am over 30 and had the "Moose" and loved it. I think it was the best. I like c. brulee but I don't care for maple that much. I was afraid to try it.

We always get the chocolate moose and s'mores off the kids menu! :teeth: They are both so good!

My vote is for the whiskey cake. When I ordered it, I didn't really read the full description. When I was eating it, I was telling my aunt that I could taste oranges. I looked at the menu and it says something about orange or citrus being somewhere in or on there. It made it so much better. It was a nice touch to a wonderful dessert. I had the mcb too and it was good. I like chocolate more.
If you like raspberry, TRY THE RASPBERRY SORBET!!!!!!!!!! That was seriously the best I have ever had! I had it the 2nd time we ate there during our stay, and I'm soooooo glad I ordered it. I can't wait to eat it again!
I didn't really care for the mousse. The kids got that once and didn't get it a second time. The other desserts were so much better.

I'm already dreaming of the maple creme brulee I'll be ordering in November!

I thought the Rasberry Sorbet was to die for and I will be ordering it again in April!!! I was too full for a heavy desert and the sorbet was perfect.

I loved the maple creme brulee. My dh had the seasonal cobbler, and I believe it had apples and cherries. He really liked it, and it looked fabulous!
It was topped with some ice cream and a caramel looking sauce. :)

another vote for maple creme brulee. It was fantastic!

I guess I'm in the minority, but I would choose the cobbler. The cobbler at Le Cellier is absolutely the best I have ever had. If you like cobbler, you will not be disappointed.

I always order my desserts from the kids menu--either the choclate moose or the s'mores. Both are great fun desserts. :)

The cobbler has roasted apples and dried cherries in it. It has a scoop of butterscotch ice cream on it, and minus-8 ice wine vinaigrette on it. Umm, hello sweet tooth! But it's REALLY good.... *drool*

Whiskey Cake and Maple Creme Brule--mmmmmmm, my DS would say the sorbet though--that kid can't get enough of that stuff

We had the Whiskey Cake. It was excellent! We couldnt taste the Whiskey at all, but we took it home and ate it cold the next day.

We ate the cobbler in the restaurant. The butterscotch ice cream was a nice touch, but I found the dried cherry compote and other fruit to be way too sweet for my taste. In the spring/summer I'm sure it's a bit lighter.
