Besides the Dole Whip

Not fair - for those of us with diabetus and trying to be good. But that said I love the Micket ears ice cream and would eat one every day if I could. Also, pop corn from AK, ice cream from Epcot, and steak from Tony's!!:surfweb:

At the Main Street Bakery the giant chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches are awesome!

Any other must try gems besides the Dole Whip? I have 7 days of indulgence ahead of me. I will be trying a few beers from around the world as well. But what else can you direct me too.

Time to ramp up my planning... 2 months to go.

Ken

If you're talking beers, make sure to stop at Germany.

Chocolate Mousse in France?
Other Pastries in italy, germany, norway?

for me, I like simple, a nice Mickey Premium bar :)

They have the Jalapeño pretzels in Epcot now too at the American Pavilion. Def get that.

They had a pumpkin spice funnel cake there too and that was incredible if you like pumpkin.

But our new must get, is at Sleepy Hollow in the MK! They are the waffle sandwiches. They are SO good. We only had the breakfast ones. I had the Nutella one and DF had the egg one, but they have lunch ones that I would try too. They were realllllllly good haha

Here's what on my list-not necessarily in any particular order

-Make your own pretzel's from Goofy's
-Frozen banana at AK
-Tonga Toast at Kona
-Beignets from POFQ
-Dole Whip
-Cheese and Beer Soup from le cellier
-Grey Goose Slushie from France
-School Bread at Germany (haven't tried yet)

A couple to add: Viking Coffee from Norway-goes great with School Bread.
Butterfinger Cupcakes from Starring Rolls
Kona Coffee press pot from Kona Cafe (if you go at dinner the Tuna Oscar is fabulous)
Butternut Squash soup from Mara
The Grand Marnier Slush is pretty amazing too.

Have a great trip!

I haven't tried them but I saw pictures on another website that Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom is selling waffle sandwiches, there's apparently three kinds, one is the waffle with a sweet and spicy fried chicken breast with a jicama slaw, another one is a ham, prosciutto and swiss cheese one and the last one is more of a dessert one with nutella and fresh fruits,I saw pics for the first two and they definitely seem different which is a good thing, can't wait to try one on my next visit.Another thing I just had that was pretty good at Captain Cooks at the Polynesian was the adult grilled cheese sandwich and the mango passion fruit muffin which had a what I'm assuming passion fruit creme inside, another winner. They also have Dole Whip soft serve at Capt.Cook's as well.

I can get the funnel cake at any amusement park. I want the Disney only stuff! I am loving the waffle thing! I will have to try every variety!

We really find Wolf Gang Puck Express a must go place while we are in Disney. They accept the dining plan cs credit. The portions are huge and can easily be used for a dinner. Also Goofeys candy company is a must for us as well! The make your own treat!

The Classic sandwich at Earl of Sandwich -- so good to have a hot sandwich on a chilly night (or any night for that matter)

I love the egg roll carts for a mid afternoon snack. I know they are at MK in Adventureland, China in Epcot and I think I saw one at AK somewhere.
There is a frozen drink in Germany that I LOVE, IMO it is much better than the France slushy drinks and the best part is they are cheaper (7.50 last time I got one) and you get more. It's called Lossburg Lemonade. To me it has kind of an herbal taste and very refreshing.
The fries at Caseys are also great for a small lunch, with some hot melted cheese of course! :woohoo:
Of course there are the Mickey bars and the frozen bananas which I also love.
Have a great time!

I just came back yesterday, and I can say the waffle sandwiches are delicious! I got the nutella and fruit, and DB got the sweet and spicy chicken. SO worth it!!

Check out the snack stand in Germany (on the right side in the back of the pavilion) The pretzels there are fantastic and HUGE! :thumbsup2

Since you mentioned Epcot, be sure and try a Napoleon in the France bakery and a CLoudberry Horn in the Norway bakery. Get a funnel cake from Magic Kingdom and Churros from Hollywood Studios and Universal Studios.
