Hi all! I love the pictures!!! I've been busy today. I am finally almost done with all the exchanges and gifts I am sending out. I have to make a few CD copies of pictures I took for a few and then I will finally be done and can send it out. I was hoping to remember to put a set in my exchangees box, but I forgot to before I closed it up Maybe I'll remember later.

I have to report the most exciting news...... I burned my first CD, to took a bunch of pictures at the wedding and figured out how to put them on a CD. Actually, I didn't figure it out, I kept trying and kept getting can not read cd, not accessible, etc. So I gave up. Then after I was dising for a while, I noticed a new little icon, it said CD locked. I clicked it, and a new screen came up, Fomat CD? I said yes and then it said done, and I went back to the picture file and told the computer to copy and it did!!! Whether I can do it again remains to be seen.

Thanks for the dress compliments. One of the girls I work with said I looked like a southern belle. I don't know about that, but I did buy the dress in Georgia, I think, so it's at least 11 years old.

Lorraine, you and Laura are so funny with the computer messages!

Satine - DH and I used to go to Dennys at your age, a lot. FOr lunch, I think the last time we went it was maybe less than $20.00. Depends on what you order, of course, but if you both drink water, $20.00 is no problem.

Gina, the sun always shines in the Valley of the Sun. DH hates it. but I really get depressed the few times it is overcast or rainy.

Hi. I am home again. We spent the evening at June Bug Jam. It's an talent show that they have every year in Norman. Proceeds from the evening benefit Transition House. It's an agency that helps mentally ill transtition into society. It's lots of fun and we usually attend. They also have a silent auction. DH won a duffle bag, t-shirt, personal fan, radio flashlight, frisbee, car sunshade, ice pack and a month at the health club for $50.

I have to tell a funny story. We went to OU's Memorial Union, because that is where they held June Bug Jam last year. Instead we found a wedding reception. We got mixed up in the crowd and everywhere we turned to get back to our car we ran into more of the wedding folk. We even came out of the elevator into the wedding party itself and they were taking pictures. Thought we'd never get out of there. DS said the girls were cute and we should just crash the party and forget about the talent show. LOL!

It's raining again. I'm getting sick and tired of this. May need to build an ark. At least the weather let DS cut two lawns today. Only one to go tomorrow. He's been at camp for a week, so they are needing some attention. Especially if he intends to cut them again before he leaves for church camp next weekend.

Loved the pictures. I'm looking forward to helenabear's photos. I think you could probably eat at Denny's for $20. It's pretty reasonable and they often have specials. Ours locally isn't the cleanest place in town, so we don't usually go there. The times I've eaten in one of them I've had pretty good meals. Any more to tell on each other? Does mom snore while she sleeps on the couch? Has Logan gone to bed?

Good morning everyone.

Not raining right now but no sun either. When will this end.

Have to go to 11AM church because DD's choir sings at the confirmation service then. Historically a LONG service. I may need to pack a lunch. Actually, we park in the municipal lot, which is free until 1 on Sunday so I hope we get out in time.

CS, DD and her friends go to Denny's often so I imagine is it realtively inexpensive. Here is a link to their menu but no prices. Denny's Menu

Now THERE'S a reason to consider changing your denomination......we don't have to WORRY about packing a lunch REGARDLESS of the length of service at St. Krispy of the Kreme.....WE actually HOPE the services are long (maybe the "RED LIGHT" will come on!!!)!!!!!!

We went to see Finding Nemo today......I enjoyed it! and so did the kiddies!!
Just finished dinner & getting ready to toss Dylan in to the tub t get ready for school tomorrow........2-1/2 school days til vacation!! I'm ready for summer!!!!
