Elizabeth & I just went through some bags of clothes sent to us by friends who have older daughters. (we return them when we're done with them!) I pulled out what I thought was a great pair of shorts and my dear, darling daughter actually said to me:

I actually own a pair of lime green shorts... well, I guess they could also be called apple green, but in light of my new 'place' on the DIS I'm announcing them lime green... *rambles*... I'll post a piccy shall I?

(Hope I wont get in to trouble for posting a non-Disney character pic! I just LOVE Dr Seuss, always have, always will! And this is the best pic with the lime green shorts!)

Perhaps your DD should try them on first before declaring something which can obviously not be true?

I've decided to post this query on here as am hoping I won't get laughed at by the angels (as I may well do on the main board...)

Also, the main reason I've decided I really do need to ask this (after fretting a little) was Alan's story about his DD needing to leave...

Basically, I love Pixar/Disney films and Ellen DeGeneres so I really can't wait for to see this film *however*...

I suffer from severe Selachophobia, the fear of sharks and I've been nervous about the idea of 'Bruce' for a while. Basically I would like to know from you how much he features in the film and if there are a lot of parts where he comes on the screen suddenly (i.e. to make me jump)... If he does, would anyone mind giving me some hints as to when to prepare myself for his appearance? I'd really rather not have a panic attack in the cinema or even nightmares the following night... You can PM me if you know so that no spoilers are posted on this thread.

Melissa, I can email you from home, it won't be till after 5 my time, 8 eastern, so I am hoping one of the other Angels will step up to the plate. A lot of us have the pic, I can't remember if it is Lars or LK4 who owned it originally!

I have an answer for you on your Bruce question, yes, it could be a problem in about 3 spots, one is a definate jumper, but you can almost tell when it's going to happen, the other 2 are no worse than a cartoon, at least I don't think, but you may need to close your eyes till it's over.

I'll check in later and see who posts that they sent it to you!

Thnx for your response Marsha, I'm still worried tho, to me, and my irrational panic type brain it doesn't matter that's it a cartoon, if it makes me jump I'll suffer for it...

I'm sure I can wait until tomorrow for the uniform piccy... don't know how much longer I'm going to stay up to be honest (tis 11.30pm here already)... perhaps it can give me a laugh before work?
