The sun is shining today, but they are calling for rain this afternoon. DH and I are going to Home Depot to buy a new fence and many other things. We are getting a privacy fence on the one side of our yard where the pool is going to be. Our neighbor on that side is moving now (we never really dealt w/ him before that's why I was getting a privacy fence). Do you think the new neighbors will get a complex when they move in?!

I put my exchange package in the mail yesterday .... should arrive at it's destination by the middle of the week ....... it was fun putting it together !!

The deby was wet, but the boys had a BLAST, I'm so glad we went ahead with it anyways! Still raining here...our plans for the day include 1100 miles of racing....Indy500 andthen the Coca Cola 600....woohoo...

I love the bracelets. I couldn't decide what color was my favorite. You might consider trying Ebay, too. I bet they would sell there easily.

Glad the Scouts had fun. They usually have a good time even if the parents are sometimes miserable.

Carol, good for you! I hate wearing a swim suit. I always look like a beached whale. It was hard enough before to find one that I liked a little. Now I also have to find one that works with my prosthesis. Not an easy task.

Our weather has been pretty reasonable the last couple of days. Just little showers, but the humidity is high. Our neighborhood pool opened, so DD has already been to try it out. We went to my mother's house yesterday to see my brother and his family. They live in Tulsa which is about 2 hours away. We've spent quite a few hours this weekend trudging around used car lots, looking for a car for DS. I HATE car shopping! Usually I send DH until he gets close to a decision, but he can't drive with the walking cast on his foot. Now I need to head to church for the morning. Have a great day. I'll check in later.

Hi All!
Well, I spent the morning relaxing with DH & the kiddies and the afternoon, so far, beading. I am really enjoying making (and wearing) the bracelets! I tried making a necklace today & I am pretty happy with how it turned out.
DH & I are finally going to dinner tonight to celebrate oour Anniversary (5/22). That night we went to Roller-rama with the kids for Dylan's school's skating party...romantic huh? LOL!
Then I'm driving Meg to my Mom & Dad's (about 1/2 hour drive) so she can spend the night there.
