Hi has anyone used the above website to book their holiday to Disneyland Paris as I am slightly concerened about there cheap prices and wondering if there are hidden costs at the end of our stay if we book through them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chelle and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

I booked using this website; although as our plans changed we cancelled and were not charged.
It is definitely the way to book Hotel Explorer if you are booking items separately :)

Thank you just slightly scared as the offer sounds to good to be true saving £100 compared to hotelsconnect.co.uk who we normally use :goodvibes

we have always used www.allrez.com to book the Explorers and you can cancel with 24 hours notice with no charge. You do not pay up front but when you get to the hotel.

It might be worth comparing prices

We booked the explorers using this as price was really good although (like Reid)we then cancelled and went to the Marriot.

I think Elaine (Ware bears) may have used them. . They do offer a great deal:goodvibes

Hi thanks for your posts allrez have no rooms available for our time of stay but offer good prices - will keep a note of the website. Will ask Elaine if she can help out.

Thanks again Chelle

Hi Chelle, welcome to the DIS! :welcome:

We're great fans of Benotel, we've used them twice now and have booked with them for a third time for next summer.

There are no hidden costs ~ when we check-in we prefer to pay in full so as to make check-out easier on departure day. There is a local tax of €1.10 per person age 13 and above per night but that is clearly stated on Benotel's website.

I've also had to cancel a booking with them when my travel plans changed and there weren't any problems. I just cancelled on-line and received a cancellation notice.

I would recommend early booking as although their rates are low now I have seen them rise quite dramatically.

Hi thanks Elaine am going to book through them tonight just glad someone can confirm there are no extra costs involved. :cool1:
