Fearing for your own safety goes along way though. Who knows what the "domestic" issue was. Was it just words, argueing and she ran off because she was upset or was their violence involved? We will probably never know, but hopefully the police can find out the whole truth to it. Didn't it say somewhere that it was reported that she had no injuries? If she knew he was back there, and purposefully started driving to try and get him to fall out of the back, then she will be in major trouble.
This is so tragic! prayers to his children and family, He did have his arm in a cast due to breaking a bone in the baltimore game. so he may not have been able to grab on if she was turning fast.

Twitter, Twitter, Twitter. I would be living in the societal-awareness equivalent of a black hole without CNN's Twitter.![]()
Here is the 911 recordings. http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/player/audio/121709_chris_henry_both_911_1-2.mp3
But did she even know he was back there? I would think so, but you never know.
I have ridden in the back of a pick up truck many, many times and have managed not to fall out, even when the truck was going fast and/or turning corners. Makes me wonder what he was doing back there. Was he standing? Trying to get into the cab? If she was in fear for her safety and he was aggressively trying to get into the cab, then I don't think they would bring charges against her.
So sad that such a young life is taken so tragically. How horrible for his family and loved ones.
DAng! I can't imagine calling 911 and getting TRANSFERRED! that's harsh!
The guy has caused problems in Orlando before. He led the life he chose to live. Oh well.
No matter how he lived, he was still a human with kids at home.
I don't know for sure but I'll bet he didn't live with his children.
