Benefits of AAA

We booked our trip through AAA. I can't find the sheet out agent gave us. We didn't get a couple of the things we were promised when we booked. I know we were missing the parking pass and club card which we went back and got. We were recently told by someone else about storytime with a character with AAA. Does anyone know if that comes with the package and what else might be missing?

My booklet does say Disney character storytelling experience...It doesnt say a whole lot more than that ..I would call AAA. it is called Disney Storytime.

I booked over the phone with AAA, so things might work differently. But all my stuff came with my 'package' a couple of weeks later...closer to my trip. included were vouchers for the following - AAA lounge (I'm thinking people said this was discontinued), storytime, Planet Hollywood meal and souvinier, hotel room, tickets, Dining plan - Also included was the Diamond parking pass, club card, and luggage tags. The storytime has to be reserved through disney, but you do also have to give them the voucher. So if you are worried about it you need to contact AAA to be sure they are on the way. When you call Disney to reserve the Storytime, not everyone who answers will know what you are talking about. I'm thinking I actually got it done through dining reservations but I'm not sure. I just remember the first couple of times I called the regular number no one knew but they transferred me to someone who did. And you want to refer to it as the AAA Storytime. When I talked about just storytime they were confused but when I said it was with AAA they transferred me (still not understanding) to someone who could help. It really wasnt much but was a fun way to have a calm interaction with a character. Don't forget too (if they are still doing it) if you have the Disney Visa there is a private (one family in the room at a time) meet and greet in epcot.
