There may be more truth to that than you know. My brain is usually zipping along three different ways at one time. I've been so out of it this week that I can't remember what day it is ... I've asked Jay three different times if this is Wednesday or Thursday.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Friendies for the kind words about my daughter. You guys are very sweet!

I am so looking forward to our trip. Here's the plan, so far:
We will spend Oct 2-5 with our daughter and her boyfriend. First time we've met this guy, although we've talked on the phone. Stay tuned. I'm getting a vibe this may be "the one." We're planning to visit Universal those days. I need to figure out someplace to celebrate DD's birthday. We always do it early while we're in town. She'll be 27 this year. Yikes!

Oct 5-7 we'll be at WL. We decided to eat at Vicky and Al's (Brenda, the first time I saw you write that, I laughed out loud! ). I will see if we're lucky enough to secure a spot at the Chef's table, but if not, we'll eat in the dining room.
Oct 7-12 we'll be at BWI.
Oct 8th we'll either be at Flying Fish or Shula's.
Oct 9th we're planning a late lunch at LeCellier. That night Sister Hazel performs at Eat to the Beat--should be fun!!!
Oct 10th--Party for the Senses

So, that's the plan so far. I think planning is about as much fun as the actual events!

I hope everybody is feeling better, I'm looking forward to this weekend I get to meet some ladies from The Whats For Dinner Thread!! We will be going to "The Chart House" its a beautiful restaurant overlooking the New York skyline. They have a Sunday brunch that I heard is very good.

I am sad I'll miss the party. I will be thinking of you guys. But maybe next year!

On another (Orlando related) subject, I think I mentioned a few weeks ago DD got a good job. It wasn't what she really wanted to do, but she was absolutely grateful. (Especially in this economy!) Well, fast forward, a week later she was called to interview for her dream job. She got an offer, accepted, started work 3 days later and is now living and working in Orlando. She was able to find a nice apartment quickly. She will likely be there for some years to come. It will be so fun to be able to enjoy WDW with her in the coming months/years.
