I found a Disney video starring Belle that was made in 1999 titled Belle's Tales Of Friendship and it is NOT part of the Beauty And The Beast series. Belle's Tales Of Friendship consisted of an episode of Sing Me A Story With Belle and featured the first appearence of the story Mrs. Potts Party which would be later added to the special edition of Belle's Magical World and Belle's Tales Of Friendship is such a wonderful video that I'm surprised hasn't had a DVD or Blu-Ray release and it seems to be one of the forgotten videos of Belle and Beauty And The Beast
