Belle - Where to find her?

Hello,

Where is the best place to find Belle for autographs? I know she has a storytime at MK does she sign after the show? I know she can be found in France at Epcot but exactly where I don't know.

She is in her Ballgown at the Lobby if you eat at the norway dinner. They take very nice pics of your children with her and bring them to your table. She also signs books. I didn't just love the food here but as far as Princess interaction goes it was wonderful. My DD got time with ariel, Jasmine, and sleeping beauty along with belle in the lobby and they were all wonderful.

We always see her in the Toon Town Tent wearing her yellow dress.

In Epcot she is by a little path along the water. She is in her blue dress and is very easy to spot. I hear that sometimes she can be found inside her library which is next to the perfume shop. I have also see her in the gardens next to that but lately I have seen her the most by the water.

She isn't guaranteed to be at the meals but we have always seen her at both Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast and lunch) in her blue dress and the Princesses Story Book breakfast in her yellow dress.
