Belle dress

Does anyone know where I can get a Belle dress? The blue one that she wears at the beginning of the movie. My little girl LOVES Belle and wants the blue dress for when we go in May. I can't even find a pattern so that I can have one made. If anyone here sews and can make one, please pm me and lets work something out!

It looks to be a basic blue jumper over a white blouse, with a white apron and ruffled under skirt. You could probably find separate pieces that would work pretty well in childrens shops and it would be pretty easy to make the apron.
