We're staying at AoA. My MIL is only coming for part of the trip. She has mobility issues and cannot lift much. Would Bell Services help her get her bags to her car? She plans on leaving when we're in the parks.

We're staying at AoA. My MIL is only coming for part of the trip. She has mobility issues and cannot lift much. Would Bell Services help her get her bags to her car? She plans on leaving when we're in the parks.

For the record, the value resorts do not have true Bell Services. Their Dept at the Value Resorts is called Luggage Assistance.
She should be able to get the assistance she needs from a CM from Luggage Assistance. They will come to the room and escort her to her vehicle (or possibly have her bring the vehicle curbside) and help load the luggage for her. A nice tip would be most appropriate though!
