Bell Services at All Stars?

After reading a report on Deb Wills' newsletter, the writer made mention of bell services at the Mods and Deluxe hotels, but no mention about the Value resorts.

Since we are arriving in the middle of the night at All Star Movies, will there be bell service available? And since we are moving over to OKW the next day, will there be bell services to transfer our luggage?

I haven't stayed at the All Stars in about 2 years, but this was my experience.

At the moderate and deluxe resorts, you and your luggage are taken to your room. At the All Stars, they collect the luggage in the front and deliver it to your room at the same time they are delivering luggage to other rooms. In other words, you don't have a dedicated bellhop. I'm guessing that since you are arriving in the middle of the night, you may get faster service.

When you switch resorts, WDW will move your luggage. Let them know your intentions an hour or so before you want them to pick up your bags.

Although we didn't use Bell Services in Nov to move our bags to the room, we did use them to switch resorts. Just as addicted_to_WDW described, they pick up bags from several rooms all together and haul them, as opposed to dispatching someone just to your room.
