bell services at akv - jambo

We are coming from the uk for a 3 week trip in october.

1st night we are in the akv concierge, simply to make use of the lounge on arrival for a snack before we pass out.

up 1st thing in the morning to transfer to BLT. we intend to use the transfer service but have a 7.30 adr at chef mickeys and intend to check out at 0630 and use an early bus to MK then walk to BLT to check in before our ADR. This plan is to enable me to get first dibs on whatever rooms will be made available at BLT that day. :rolleyes1

But, will bell services be open early enought to take our luggage?

If not, what options do I have?
 
People come and go at all hours so I would expect bell services to be open. Are you using ME from the airport to the hotel? I would pack a carryon with what is needed for the one night and ask bell services to set up the luggage transfer for the next morning without even taking the rest of the bags to the room. I don't know what time the buses start in the am but you may be better off with a cab.
 
Unless things have changed, Bell Services opens for business at 5:00 AM. Managers can fill in during their absence.

As far as making a room request when you check in, you do know that online check ins will be assigned rooms and that they do not use those rooms for guests that want a different room. Also the room assigners will start building assignments starting sometimes 10 days out.
