Will bell service deliver your luggage to your room if you’re not there? Or do you need to be in the room for them to deliver your luggage?
 
I want to say you have to be there, I know that's what we were told when we were at Kidani a few years ago. Plus, they mixed up the tags and sent us the wrong luggage, so I actually liked that someone had to be there to verify it was the correct luggage delivered.
 
If you arrive on Magical Express... your bags will be delivered, in room, whether you are there or not...

If you arrive, and decide to 'leave your bags' with Bell Service to go to a park for the day... they will hold said luggage/bags until they are notified to deliver it. Since they are responsible for it, as you left it in there care/possession, they do wait until you're back in the room directly before delivering.
 

Are you allowed to pick up the bags from bell service when you get back from the parks? So about 9:30pm or so.
 
We had bags transferred from Swan to AKL and bell services would not let us pick up our luggage. They said they had to deliver it. 5 minutes later, it was in our room.
 
Definitely. It's completely your choice whether to pick them up yourself or have Bell Services deliver them.

Not sure if a grocery order is different, but I have had them not allow me to pick up my grocery order. The bad thing then was it was after midnight, and they were really behind with deliveries. After 1 am I called and they basically begged me to wait until the morning. Very annoying when part of the reason for the food order was to have something to eat before going to sleep.
