Bell Service for CSR Tower

We arrive by plane at 11:30am, hoping to make it to the resort, drop bags off by 1:30pm then head over to HS for dinner reservations.
If the room isn’t ready (I’m doubting it will be) can we leave our bags with bell services?
I’m also having groceries delivered around 7-9 pm, if we aren’t back by then, can they also be left with bell services?
Once we return to we call bell service to bring them to the room or do we stop and grab everything?

Of course you can leave the bags at bell services. Keep in mind that bell services is now located outside to the right of the entry doors to the tower, where airline check in used to be.
Just ask bell services about the groceries, as you can literally just pop in on the way to the lobby, as you will walk by it when coming and going from the ME bus stop.
