Behind the Seeds tour

I'm not sure that this is the right place to put this, but I thought I'd post what I know ... I thought this was a book in person tour in the Land at Epcot. UG said to call wdw-tour to book. I did, and it now costs $12 per adult, $10 per child. The interesting part for me was the picture ID for each person going 'back stage.'

Anyone do this before? I was thinking of a notarized picture of my kids with their birthdates on them? I had to do this for the SATs, I think? Anyone want to chime in with their superior knowledge?

My family (2 adults, 4 teens) did the Behind the Seeds tour in April. If I remember correctly, the adults had to show picture ID (Driver's License) but the teens did not need to.

The tour lasted about an hour and gave you a really good look at what you normally see from the Living with the Land ride. We all enjoyed it.

But the woman who booked specifically mentioned the kids needing them. Maybe I should just call back?

We are contemplating the Behind the seeds tour, so I will be interested what the final answer is to this.

Also, for anyone who has done this tour, what did you and your kids think about it? We have a DS (10 1/2) and DD (9).

We went on the Seeds tour June 10. Two adults.
I love the land ride, so I always wanted to go on this tour. DH always wrinkled his nose at it. But it was my b-day celebration and I got to choose.
I really liked it. I am sure I did more so than DH. But he seemed to enjoy it too, and it is only an hour long.
We had 10 - 12 in our group. Some were kids. And no one seemed disappointed with it.
I give it a thumbs up!
