Behind the Seeds Tour - when to reopen?

I'm not for sure that it's even going to reopen. The new soarin' attraction is being built behind the land... and it's my understanding that the tour was closed down at least until that was finished (this was what I remember from the backstage magic tour, but i could be wrong)
