Behind the Seeds Tour: Regular vs. Glimmering Greenhouses

I’ve done the regular behind the seeds tour twice. On an upcoming family trip, we’ll have some people, including children, who haven’t been on the tour. We’ll be there when the Glimmering Greenhouses version of the tour will be going on, so we will have the option of doing either. None of us have done the Glimmering Greenhouses tour.

For those that have done the Glimmering Greenhouses version, what was it like? Was there more of a focus on the lighting and decorations than the plants? What was it like doing the tour in the dark? How was the non-holiday lighting? Did you feel you couldn’t see things as well because it was dark?

For those that have done both, what are the differences?

Couple of pics from last year to give you an idea.

I love the attraction anytime but really enjoy how festive it feels with the lights in the dark. Lines can get very long so if you can manage, a lightening lane can be a good idea.

Edited to add: sorry I see you are asking about the tour… that I have no idea since I haven’t done it.
