Behind the Seeds tour Hydroponic Starter Guide

We went on the Behind the Seeds tour on Monday, which we loved! The guide mentioned that she would be passing out a flyer with information about starting your own hydroponic garden at the end of the tour. Unfortunately the tour ended and she forgot to pass them out, and we forgot to ask about it. It wasn't until later that evening (long after we'd left the park) that we realized we never received it. Has anyone done this tour and received the guide? If so, can you share it please?
