Behind the "seeds" at epcot

Has anyone done this before? i thought it would be fun to do on my solo trip and its not as expensive as the other tours. I know its only $12 but does anyone know how the schedule works? i pretty much have my days planned out so i just want to see if this would fit in or if i have to change something around. also what did u think of the tour...any pictures?! Thanks bunches!

We did the Behind the Seeds tour in Dec 2005. We loved it. We are both interested in gardening & the Land is one of my favorite pavillions. It was worth every penny. We had a very enthusiastic tour guide who made the tour very interesting. It went over by almost double because he was so knowledgable and because both the other couple and ourselves were so interested in what he had to say.

Here are a couple pix from the tour before my camera batteries died - That tomatoe you see us eating is from the amazing tomato tree they have there. You get to go right under it. Maybe not that exciting for everyone, but we are gardeners....

It was a nice tour, ours took a little over an hour. DD loved letting the lady bugs go. I think ours was at 2:30.

We did this tour last June, and our kids, who were NOT enthusiastic about it beforehand, LOVED it!!

Very informative, and you get to keep your own "sample" plants. Sadly, we did this early in our week at WDW, and by the time we got home, the plants (lima beans in a water-soaked cotton ball in a small zip-lock) were moldy.

This sounds like fun I can't wiat to go on the tour!!!!!! My DH doesn't seem as excited about it as I am but I am sure he will enjoy it ( I hope)
