Beginning to plan - which water park in October?

Okay, so we are now officially beginning to plan our trip to Fort Wilderness in October 2011. I am running some money "scenarios", already found that prices are higher than they were in 2008 (imagine that).

One big question has come up already. When we went in 2008, the only water park that was open was Typhoon Lagoon (which was a heck of a lot of fun).

Does anyone know if Blizzard Bay will be open in October? In 2008 it was closed for maintenance. We hope to be able to use it.

Usually, some time after Labor Day, they close 1 water park for the winter and for maintenance. Last winter, Typhoon Lagoon was the 1 that was closed, so I'd have to assume that this winter, it would be Blizzard Beach that was closed.
