I shall start this trip report with a great amount of pre-trip blunders.
We're flying out Sunday and have heard security is going to be at an all time high. We have to get to the air-port ultra early, any suggestions for getting through without a snag?
My father has dropped out last minute and won't be able to get out of the work to go on the trip. We're now scrambling to find someone to replace him, jetblue will not give any type of refund within 30 days of a group res.
AND I sprained my ankle in some going away shenanigans, so I'm icing and hoping its good to go by Sunday.
BUT we're still very excited, we have 13 adults and 1 little guy staying in 2 separate 2 Bedroom rooms, one MK view and one lake view. I've requested high floors and rooms next to each other, hopefully we get it!!!

Floridians (and WDW particularly) are VERY experienced at riding out these storms. The rest of the country; however, get a bit freaked about it and cancel trips. This means fewer guests while you are there. There are lots of DIS reports about empty parks right before and after a hurricane
- my trip in december seems so far away
