Getting ready to book our trip for October! Am I the only one who obsesses over dates?! I'm driving myself crazy and have changed around several times, trying to stay within the month of Oct.
I think we have narrowed down to Wed 10/10- Sunday 10/14 (flying home the 15th). We can do a couple evening hours on Wed, our arrival day, or our traditional Goofy's for dinner that night. Main park days being Thurs, Friday, Sat, and Sun.
It will be me, DH, DS9 and DD7. Fantasmic and Fireworks are a must for all of us, so it was important to include the weekend days. The MHP is on Friday night, and I'm not entirely sure I want to pay the extra money for this, as it sounds like it's very crowded. So if we opt not to do this, this leaves Sat night and Sunday night to see both F! and Fireworks. I think this should be perfectly fine. But I am a little worried about the CHOC day on that Sunday, and the possible crowds during the day and how it will affect F! and Fireworks for that night.
So I figure We'll either be fighting evening crowds during the MHP to see fireworks on Friday, or we will be fighting crowds to see either F! or Fireworks on Sunday evening.... Any guestimate about which would be the better choice?
Any other insight on those dates that I may be missing? I always worry that as soon as I book, I will realize something or other and wish I would have done it differently (yes I'm quite neurotic, I know)
