they did a while back. I just checked the updated guidelines. They changed it recently. I do remember smilies counting though. I'm sorry, op. I guess I just haven't read them in awhile.

a few other points that do need to be highlighted about the signatures though.

12 line max. including code and blank lines.

and pictures can't be any larger than 500 x200.

I'm sorry and I'm not trying to be rude but I wouldn't worry about it. If there's a problem the mod's will deal w/ it. Plus it's there fault. Don't yell at me but if I were u I wouldn't worry about somebody else but only about yourself. I'm typin exactly what I'm thinkin right now so like I said before don't yell at me.

The file size is what kills me. Most of the pics I make (including my Moulin Rouge pic) are done in Photoshop, and those files are always much bigger than the limitations on here
