Before and after Pictures

OK, I'm trying to get this figured out and hopefully the link will work. Here is a before and after picture of me. The before was taken in July 2001 and the after was taken in August 2003.

When I found the before picture it was really a wake up call that all of the hard work had paid off. It can be done no matter where you start. You just have to be willing to make the changes in your lifestyle and continue on from there.

I know that I can't stop exercising and watching what I eat, but I am so thankful that I made the decision to get healthy and I have to thank you all on this wonderful WISH board for all of the inspiration and support. I also couldn't have gotten this far without the help of my PM Buddies.

Keep up all of your hard work and you will see the rewards .

Great job, it is an inspiration to me to get to see other's before and after pictures. I still have a long way to go, but with all the help here it does make it alot easier.

Thanks for all of the sweet comments. Yes, that is DH in the second picture, I should have made a note of that, oops. I do owe my a lot of my faithfulness to the board and my PM buddies because I don't know that I would have been as faithful without everyone.
