beer/wine flights

I see reviews that people recommend a wine or beer flight at different restaurants, but are there any outside of the resaurants? If possible I'd like to try some of these on different days at Epcot, but do not want to eat there, just take them "to go" and sit on a nice bench or listen to the music groups.

You can do wine flights in the Germany, France and Italy wine shops. We've only done Germany and France so far.
In Germany, I'm pretty sure you have to stay inside the store at the bar-top tables. When we went, it was practically empty, so the server/cashier was hanging out and telling us all about the wine, what his favorites are, and about himself as well.
In France, you take the flight and leave the store. There are little tables just outside the door, but not many. It's relaxing to sit and enjoy the flight, the cheese plate from the Boulangerie Patisserie and people watch.
I know we the flight we did in France was a white, blush, and red. In Germany, I think we did white only.

We did the wine flight and we loved it. We received our wine then went to listen to a concert. It was such a nice relaxing time and we were able to try wines that we wouldn't have.
