BEER lover looking for something different...

Unfortunately has been bumped out and the drafts now are Abita.

Disney has a long way to go beer wise. There is not a single beer on draft at any location that I look forward to.

Abita's Turbodog isn't too bad of a brew, so I could survive on that.

Like many have chimed in, you'll find enough of a bottle selction to subsist on with things like Dogfish IPA and a few others. But I don't think there's going to be any rare finds, esepcially on tap.

If anyone is down while I'm in Ft Wilderness in Oct and happend to find my campsite, I always bring a couple cases of some good brew in the RV :thumbsup2 Last visit I brought a case of Brooklyn Oktoberfest and Rogue Dead Guy

Brocktoon, the Turbodog is decent but hardly inspiring...hell, even our local Buffalo Wild Wing has Stone, Rouge and Great Divide on tap. The local italian spot now has Allagash and Captain Lawrence on tap.

I'm sure it all comes down to $$$ as to what Disney carries - craft drinkers are not a consideration to them.

My favorite is Tuskers in the Africa Section of Animal Kingdom. Wish I could find it at EPCOT.

Raglan Road has the largest variety of beers on hand. 20+ on draught, and another 20+ bottles.

Yep, they also have a beer flight. Also serve original black and Tan's, Half and Half's and have just a beautiful bar! I also like the U2 wall. :thumbsup2

DH likes that beer, too. I thought that he found it at a few places around AK (don't quote me - it might have just been in Tusker House and at the bar right outside of Tusker House), and I know that he had it at AKL.

Raglan Road in DD and Rose and Crown in Epcot are 2 places you could stop in for a pint without having to have a dining ADR.;) Those are just the 2 that came to mind - there's many more choices I'm sure!

This isn't info about beer inside the parks themselves, but I thought this would be helpful for people staying on site. My husband is a huge beer lover, and because buying singles of the beer in the hotel shops or at the bars can get really expensive, I googled places that will deliver beer to your hotel at WDW and found this:

http://www.beerrun.biz/

They have a MASSIVE selection of beer, domestic, imports and crafts, and will deliver it to your hotel for you after you arrive!
