.....Just spent the day in Cribbs, much to DH delight

I have two new handbags, some tops and nearly all of my Christmas presents.

DH came home with a food mixer!!!

I haven't even thought about starting christmas shopping yet!!!!

I like to wait till they have started playing the Christmas songs in the shop - as it's almost November, that could be any day now!!!

Well done, Kaylee. We go to Cribbs Causeway often as it's only 35 mins away. Although the choice of shops is very limited, I'm quite happy with the huge M&S and John Lewis and do most of my christmas shopping there too.

I had hoped to do all of mine in Bangkok this year, but as we had to cancel because of my sciatica, I'll be back at CC very soon now!!!

Ooo well done Kaylee I am impresed and I just LOVE the look of your new food mixer, very trendy

I'm going out next week to try and get all my pressies out of the way - I'm very lucky as I only have to buy for DH and a couple of secret santa pressies and that's it - but I always seem to get carried away on buying Christmas decorations I just cannot resist them especially if they're pink or Disney !

Also on the list for next week will be the chore of writing ALL Xmas cards as you can see I'm on another countdown so really need to be ahead of myself.

Ooh your brave the Trafford Centre on Saturday. Was there today (Fri) and it was busier than usual for a Friday afternoon because of half term.

You need to get there early at the weekends then it isn't too bad!

Just got back from a mad 24 hrs in Manchester. Got there about 4.30pm, checked in at the Travel Inn there then spent 4 hours shopping (it was quite busy), bought DH's crimbo pressies (a watch and jacket) and the girls blew their pocket money (DVD's, CD's and clothes). DH bought me a few things when he went off on his own (surprises for Xmas). Had a lovely meal at the Brewsters Pub (attached to Travel Inn), got up early, found Asda Wal-Mart, went back to Trafford Centre till lunchtime when we were so cream-crackered we came home - just got in, and my DisneyWorld DVD has arrived - yippee, looking forward to watching it later.

Kaylee - I've got you a map, I'll send it soon.
