Beef n' Bleu at Earl of Sandwich?

Does anyone know if the blue cheese on this sandwich is plain blue cheese pieces or blue cheese dressing?

I had this about a week ago. Now, let's see if I can remember. It was creamy so I don't think it was big pieces of bleu cheese. Of course the sandwich is warm so maybe the pieces melted. At any rate, it was one of the BEST sandwiches ever! The bleu cheese was not too strong, either.
