Bedtime Stories question

Is this movie good? I am not sure if I want to rent it or buy it. It seems so cute that I might want to buy it for the kids to see over and over again, but not sure how good it was.

We REALLY enjoyed it and will be buying it. I have a 9 year old DS and 5 year old DD.

My kids were 3, 6 and 8 and they all loved it. I thought it was cute, had some imagination and loved the ending. I didn't recognize it as a story that has been told again and again.

We just finished watching it as a family. Very cute. We all laughed at parts!

It had some funny parts- more boring than funny but its cute. We showed it last week at a sleepover party and most of the kids got bored with it after an hour and moved on to do other things.

My five yo wants this movie. I was thinking of putting in her Easter Basket. She also wants a guinea pig, we are thinking about getting her one...in a cage of course, not the basket, lol. Is there not a guinea pig in the movie?

I went in thinking the movie would be good but it definitely exceeded my expectations. It was cute, funny, and very well done.
