bed types

we are renting a 2 bedroom condo at cypress palms (fairfield). does anyone know if the beds are king, queen or full?

I think there is a king in the master - but the other units might vary????

Apologies for hijacking the thread but what are the sizes of these beds? In England a double is 4 ft 6 ins wide and a king is 5 ft wide but on American sites I often see a queen sized bed. What size is this and are our bed measurements for double and king the same as for yours? Many thanks.

We were there over Easter, they were quite large. I'd say 5 ft wide. Don't worry, you'll have plenty of room.....

wicket - I don't know - I have a queen bed at home - I will measure it!!!

some times american beds are different - I mean you buy queen size sheets for your bed - take them home - sometimes they fit - sometimes they are just too small.

I think the king bed here - is the size of two twins beds - might be a little bigger. It might be double beds????

Thanks for the info. My sons are not too keen on having to share a bed so the bigger the better for them.
