We are on the Wonder in room 6144 on the 22nd August. It is a 3 person cabin. It will just be myself and my dd who is 14. My question is- is it up to me how I would like the beds laid out. If so do I ask the stateroom host. I would really like the beds to be in the twin formatt but I have read various reports on this board that this can be a bit tight. What is it like with the sofa bed made up. If we have to sleep in the queen bed together I dont mind but wondered what my options were. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Thanks for any help.

We had 3 people in a cat6 last year and DD really didn't care for the sofa bed. She slept on it but she said that it wasn't very comfortable. She is used to a soft mattress and she thought the sofa bed was a little hard. Getting her to sleep on it wasn't really a problem as she was so exhausted each night but on our next cruise we are sailing with 4 people and she has already "called" the pull down bed.

I would ask your room steward to split the beds into 2 twins. That way you and your DD will each have your own bed and you can use the space under each to store luggage out of the way. We managed fine with 3 people, so having only 2 should be even better.

Thanks very much for your reply, that is what I will do- ask the stateroom host to split them into 2.

Thanks for the info.
