I got an email today for 20% BB&B in stores only. But the comforter set that I want is offered only online. Does anyone have an online BB&B coupon code?

I thought someone had said once that if you buy it online you can go to the store with the coupon and get an adjustment. I'll have to do a search and see if I can find anything about this.

How do I use my in-store coupon for an online purchase?

I received a coupon in the mail and want to use it for my online purchase.
Our coupons are accepted for in-store purchases only and can not be applied via our website

If you go to the store and have them order it for you through the Beyond Store they can apply the coupon for you then. I used to work there and we did it all the time! Just find an associate in the bedding area and tell them what you want to do. Even though you pay for the Beyond Store order at the registers, they do need to add the coupon when they enter the order back in the department, so make sure you give it to them upfront.

I worked for BBB a few years ago during my undergrad (I left in 07), so policies may have changed between now and then. However, when I worked there you could either take your order into the store and have it adjusted, or you could go into the store and they could order it for you and apply the coupon.
