Becky and Jeff- 2/8/10 BW Croquet Lawn/LSS/UK Lochside- TR- Update 8/8 dessert party

Oh Becky - your honeymoon plans sound so great. Love the idea of taking photos with the ears on in all different places.

Linda

For car rental, if you have a Sam's Club membership check out their travel section on their web page. We've found some great car rental deals through them.

So, any pictures of your new necklace? You'll have to show shots of you wearing it once it arrives.

My aunt lived in Winter Park for years and always loved checking out the antique shops in the greater Orlando area. I know she found some great items!

How exciting about getting makeup booked. Are you going to do a trial run?

yeah i'd def have a hair / make up trial - i am so scared about not having one in advance - but i as we will be in florida about 2 or 3 weeks before the wedding i am going to try and have one then (on a day where we will go out in the evening) - just so i know i will be 100% happy with it.

I would have it on a day when you will go out in the evening hehe as it would be a waste to just go to bed or summat after its been done!

An excuse for Jeff to take his bride to be out?! :goodvibes

Becky I love that fascinator. It is so you! Perfect!

Your honeymoon sounds like a ton of fun! Definitely no escaping each other when you're stuck in the car.

I'm so excited that you booked Patricia. She is super nice. We all loved her! Great choice!:thumbsup2

Your facinator looks like it has a little hidden mickey in the center! It's awesome. I can't wait to see it with the dress. You'll have to try it all on together and post some more pics since I missed the first ones.

The green crayons are hysterical. I would love to go to a wedding and get that stuff! I can't believe that you've been able to find it.

I was lurking around on off beat bride yesterday and thought of you. There were some really cool dresses with lots of color, crazy bouquets, and fun decorations. I'll have to play with some ideas and see what I can come up with.

I would have never noticed the hidden mickey Tanya! Great eye! I love the fascinator and I definitely love the green theme. I always seem to go towards green things. I definitely love it. It may have been ingrained from an early age from my dad's love of Green Lantern...who knows, :lmao:

Becky.... you could top off the invitation with a GREEN wax seal!!! I think they must sell them in Michaels or i know for sure i have seen them on the net somewhere.

It would fit in with the whole green thing - wax crayons... sealing the envelope with green wax ... or even better - if you found metallic green wax - wooo!?

Just a thought!!

The mock up invite looks great! And the wax seal is a wonderful idea!

Can't wait to see the finished result.

Those invites are great. I agree that you need some green bling and Stacey's wax idea is great, it totally goes with the theme.

I wore it a bit this evening and the only thing I didn't like was that the flower kept flipping over. I'll take a pic of the back soon so you can see what that looks like. Not very classy. I might just need to shorten it up a bit. It's the perfect shade of green though!

If the flower keeps flipping, I would look into purchasing some Res-Q Tape. It is a hypoallergenic, double sided tape that is safe to put on your skin. You could use it to make sure the flower stays perfectly positioned the entire night. You may want to do a trial run with it and see if that helps. :thumbsup2 It can be purchased at fabric stores, and would probably be a good thing to have in your wedding day emergency kit. Love the necklace though! :goodvibes

First off I love the invite, very cute! And I think Stacey's wax seal idea would be great, even with a skull and crossbone! Throw in your personality, who cares. And I'd also recommend some double-sided tape to hold that down.
