I absolutely love O'Hana's. The story of how we ate there is funny. We didn't go there because we were staying at the Poly, no no.
We were at.. MGM. We were hungry, and tired. It was a day before we went on the cruise, our fourth day of crowd fighting. No, we didn't want another hamburger, chicken finger or french fry. We had been in Orlando for 11 days already, and had our fair share of that (we stayed at a house before Disney) and we wanted to puke at the sight of a basket of chicken fingers. We had just waited over an hour for a table at Beaches And Cream to find out we had a party of 20 ahead of us. So we were pissed. We weren't gonna go around the entire Disney property looking for food. So we figured : hey, let's go see if they've got reservations free anywhere. Everywhere was booked SOLID. So we left and were at some restaurant [Spoodles I think] at the Boardwalk and were about to order, when we realized, we didn't want anything on the menu. We were mad, yelling at each other and most of all starving. It's really funny to look back on how we acted down there. So then we went back to the Poly, all frustrated, almost ready to go down to Capn' Cooks. So we went to the front desk after going to our room to get changed, and YESSSS! They had a reservation open for O'Hana's. We were happy. I love how they called you Cousin or Cos down there. It's really fun.
