Beaver Tails GONE!!!!!!

I do not know if this was already posted but I was DISAPOINTED to say the least, when just yesterday we were heading to the CP for the 8:15 pm show and stopped at the cart outside of Canada to pick up our families favorite Beaver tails(aka bear claws to me) and stood in line (much shorter than normal I might add,,,THAT should have been our first clue) and when we finally ordered we were told 'we no longer sell those!' Three open mouthed girls just froze in panic..(my youngest actually asked how far was the 'real Canada so we could get them!!) I stated we were just in WDW 4 weeks ago and they were selling them then! She, our new disney villian, stated they were dropped form the menu 2 weeks ago and will no longer be sold!!!
I know I am not alone in my misery and wish only to inform people that Canada is now a bad word in our family and will be so until we can find a replacement snack of equal satisfaction!!!

Wow, We love these too. Would always stop and have a beavertail while the CM song the beavertail song. Didn't do it last Christmas season because Epcot was so busy. Now I am really sad.

Yep, prior to leaving I heard that they were going to close it. We went to find some last Wednesday and all they sold was Beer at that stand. I was so sad as I have never actually tried one. We are never usually hungry when there and I made sure to leave room this time. We tried the school bread in Norway instead. WOW - how yummy.

Maybe they weren't as popular as everyone seems to think? I've never had one, but they didn't sound that great to me. I would imagine they weren't selling FANTASTIC, or they would still be available.

I agree.

My son and I tried one in April. The topping was great; strawberry and cream; but the dough was awful. It was also very messy to eat. I'm glad we tried it, but had no plans of ever getting another one.

I felt the same way about the Dole Whips. blah.

Maybe I'll like Norway's school bread.
