Beauty and the beast

We're trying to get all of the regular park stuff out of the way before a SWW. We've seen beauty an the beast before but I have never used FP for it nor have I paid attention to the crowds at different parts of the day. I'm thinking of doing the first show at 1145. Will that be impossible without a FP+ now? Do the shows get busier or slower as the day goes on?
My ultimate plan was 1145 B&B
12-1 FP+ TOT
110-210 FP+ RR
I could also try
12-1 FP+ TOT
1 pm B&B
110-210 FP+ RR
Any thoughts on which is better?

1. Arrive 20-30 minutes before show time.
