Beauty And The Beast Christmas ornament

When Mom and I were decorating our Christmas tree we found our porcelain Beauty And The Beast ornament and I would like to know more about it? It was made in 1992 and is a Belle head. Was it part of a set and is there a Beast head too?

Hi! I've had a long search online but without seeing an image of your ornament, or without knowing which company made it (e.g. Schmid, Grolier, etc...) it is really hard to find out anything about it. The only Beauty and the Beast Christmas ornament from 1992 that I can find is this one, but it features Belle and the Beast, so it is unlikely to be the one you are talking about:


Aside from that, there is another bauble I have found that is described as 1992 but I know that this is a typo because on the reverse of the bauble it actually says 1991, and every other website featuring this bauble confirms it is 1991, but this does have Belle's head on it, so it's possible you mean this one:


If you are able to provide a photo of your ornament and/or the company who made it, I'll have another look and see if anything comes up

I am assuming you mean from the Schmid collection. There is also a Mrs. Potts, Chip, Cogsworth, and Enchanted Mirror. No Beast.

That's the one Mom and I have and it's the Schmid one and I didn't even know it was part of a set that had Mrs. Potts Chip and Cogsworth because I have had it since I was a little girl and it's in good shape. Thank you for the info Hope it was very helpful to me

Hopefully you can add to your set. Based on the material, it may be difficult to find a Beast head that complements Belle, but who knows. You might get lucky with what's out there!
