Beauty and the Beast at 5.30 then Fantasmic at 6.30?

We're heading to Hollywood Studios tomorrow and I was wondering whether it would be possible to see these two shows back to back at these show times? If not we'll catch the 4.15 Beauty and the Beast, but the 5.30 would fit into our plans better. Would appreciate any input!

You should get a seat at F. But you are unlikely to get a good seat. And there is a chance they could be SRO or closed to capacity if you arrive less than 30 minutes before the show starts. Its very hard to predict how crowded the theater will be, even on recommended days when the park crowd level is low.

If there is only one F! then I don't recommend it. We went on a recommended day two weeks ago and when we arrived 45 min before the show it was already Standing Only. If it is important to you then I would do the 4:15 B&B.

You should try for a FP for Fantasmic and that will get you a seat in the amphitheater. You can wait until you are in the park and try for one at a kiosk.

Thanks all for the responses - there is a second F! at 8.00, would that improve our chances? And how is the view from the standing room area? I don't mind standing for half an hour if the view isn't bad.

Unfortunately a fastpass isn't an option as we have one for TSMM following F! - I would go to the second show but we want to get over to Epcot in time for Illuminations...

Fantasmic at 8:00 should be much less crowded than at 6:00.

The Standing Room Only area is the concourse area directly behind the main seating areas on the right and left.
