Current (and only) bid is 5,000 Euros. Wonder what that is an US dollars so I can make sure I have enough in my bank account.

Just checked and the bid is in GBP so unfortunately you will need to have a bit more in your bank account as the GBP is worth more than the Euro (The United Kingdom do not use Euros they still use the pound) so in USD you would be looking at about $8,133.52 using an exchange rate of 1 GBP = 1.6267 USD.

Well, it enjoyed a bit of an appreciation this morning, the exchange rate is now 1 GBP = 1.61917 USD so you are now down to about $8,095...........looks like you are heading in the right direction.
