Beast at BOG during MVMCP

I have an ADR for BOG dinner at 7:55 during MVMCP. We're going to the party twice so I'm not overly concerned about missing part of the party. I am really going to see and get a picture with the beast, but on another thread my friend thought the beast leaves to go to parade.

Does anyone know?
Any other thought's? It's me, my sister, and 10YO nephew. None of us have been to BOG.

He was there during the Halloween party. He takes short breaks periodically then upon his return walks through al the rooms on his way back so you know he is there to meet. I don't think he leaves for the parade.
