"Bead" activities at AKV?

I saw on the daily activity list at AKV that there are activities for a fee, adult focused activities, "bead activities" and activities with no icon. Are these with reservation, for DVC only? I'm lost. Also, since we're renting points, not owners, will we be able to use all the DVC things?
