We will be flying in early on the day we arrive. Although I know we can't get into our hotel room (offsite) I was thinking of going to B&C for lunch. What is the best time of day so we don't have to wait too long?

Best time is when B&C opens, which is 11:AM.

Depending on how busy the pool area is seems to affect the business at B&C.
We have never waited more than 20 minutes for a table no matter what time we went.

I agree. Go right when it opens at 11, that is what we did. We arrived around 10 at BC and the room wasn't ready. So we looked around and was going to eat at YC Galley but they serve breakfast until 11:30 and I wanted lunch food. There were people waiting for B&C so we just waited and was able to get a booth. Really enjoyed the chicken sandwich.
