Beaches & Cream, take over the restaurant?

Does anyone know how many people Beaches & Cream holds? We have a group of about 25 who want to eat there around 4pm one day. I know you can't make reservations there.

From what I recall of B&C, there are only about 5 or 6 'actual' tables, so the chances are there would only just be room for your party. And that is on the basis that no-one else is actually in the restaurant at the time

There are seats at the counter also - about 10 of them, I believe, but it really is quite a small place. It may be worth trying to get hold of a number for B&C and give them a call, to find out if they would even be able to accommodate your party size.

There are booths, there are seats at the counter and there are little tables. I think there are 3 or 4 booths that can hold 6 or 8 depending on if there are adults or smaller kids.

The tables can seat 4. Plan on breaking up and taking what is available as it becomes available, and you should be ok. I doubt very much if you can be seated at the same time, but stranger things have happened! Have a great time

I wouldn't think you'd be able to do this either. But I would suggest going there as a group to maybe take out ice cream and all eat it on their porch outside as a group, thats doable. There are tables right outside there. But I think you will be disappointed if you get your hopes up to sit all together at a restaurant that doesn't take ADR's and is very small to begin with.

Thanks everyone! We have eaten there before so I knew it was small. I was wondering if it is possible to have them close it for a "private party" more or less for an hour. I'll try calling group dining and see if they have any suggestions.

It's Disney, so I imagine for the right price they could work something out for you. Give them a call to see, we can only speculate!

I was gonna have a get together for people attending my wedding there, which totals around 30 people. I called and talked to the manager, and while they can't make a reservation; they can be prepared for you. If you give them a specific time (they told me the earlier the better) they could at least try and keep some seats together. Also, it will help with getting all of your orders if they are prepared for that large of group. But as for the size of the party, they did not tell me that it was too large for the place.

this is extremely simple to deal with.

split into groups of 4 or 5 before you go to the stand, and just get on the list in order.

You will all be in the place at the same time.

This is exactly what this is for. It will be the first day everyone is there before my cousins wedding. I called group dining and they were no help, do you have the number still you used? I would be greatful since this is my one task as a bridesmaid to accomplish.
