Beaches & Cream Refurb date?

It's becoming a running joke, we've been to WDW 7 times over 20 years and EVERYTIME we have gone- Beaches & Cream has been closed! I don't know how we keep hitting this phenomena! We booked a last minute trip at BC/YC (first stay there) and were so excited to finally eat there- but it won't let me make a reservation because it says sometime in August it will close for refurb...does anyone have a hard date- any chance it 'might' be open on the 13th and they just aren't making reservations?

Lol that is crazy that we posted at the same time! I know we have gone for 10 years and every time something comes up that we can’t go. We are due to go in late September/October. Fortunately, I think we’re going to be back in spring so we have them on our MUST DO for then
