how close are these 2 restaurants? DH may want Cape May seafood buffet but the rest of us Beaches & Cream

They are a "stones throw" from each other. Depending on the time, you should not have a problem getting a party of 1 at CMC, but why not make a PS just to be safe?

The party of 1 shouldn't have a problem (but make a PS anyway). It's the rest of you who will probably have to wait a while. Have fun.

Cape May is inside the hotel. To get to B&C, you have to exit the building and walk along the sidewalk behind the pool. They are close, but I didn't want you to think you could see each other.

FYI: There is an arcade next door to B&C that may entertain some of your party if they have to wait.

We ate at both in April and it takes maybe 1 minute, give or take, to get from one to the other. We stayed at the BC and ate at B&C twice (yum), and did a character b-fast at Cape May.
