I think I've about given up on Beaches and Cream. We had an ADR for 4:10. We arrived 30 minutes early. We were seated 30 minutes late (4:40). We were never given info on why there was a delay. We checked numerous times (walking in the CS door) and saw 5-6 tables empty, full of dirty dishes. The food quality has dropped. Maybe it's worth it for the Kitchen Sink experience, but I don't see any other reason to eat there now. Just my 2 cents.

It helps if you stay at the Hotel (waiting time that is).... I haven't visited recently so i cannot speak about the food quality... also, i never really eat here anyways and exclusively use it more as an Ice cream stop on my way back from a few hours at the pool. I would much rather walk to EPCOT and get some fish and chip walk up Next to the Rose N Crown.

I've seen a few people with similar reviews lately :( the restaurant is so adorable but we are skipping it and opting to get our kitchen sink in MK instead.

Wow...we have LOVED B&C in the past and have it as a lunch, after a DS morning heading to Epcot for the afternoon, during our December trip this year. Crossing our fingers that things will improve.

We went in May for the first time in years. We had to wait, but it was worth it!!
The grilled cheese and falafel wrap were both amazing, and of course, dessert was perfect!!

Still yummy last time I was there (grilled cheese & soup... :yay:)

Might just have been an off day or short staffed. going back in August and can't wait!

We really enjoyed it, but I wouldn't rank it to be up there in quality/yumminess with a lot of other great restaurants we tried. I will definitely go back but I wouldn't be upset if I never ate there again. Although the grilled cheese was quite good. :)

I didn't have a good experience there last Feb either. While the grilled cheese & tomato soup was very good, the service was bad. I was seated at the counter and my first waiter brought me my shake, took my order & then fobbed me off onto another server in favour of a family at a table. My second server wasn't very happy about it. I got my food plonked down in front of me and not a pleasant experience. The ladies behind the counter were busy discussing another server's love life. The rest of the servers were complaining about their hours, who was getting the better tables and on and on. :rolleyes1Too much drama for me to make a special trip over to the Beach Club again. Thanks but no thanks. I'll stay in Epcot next time.

We enjoyed Beaches and Cream but had some similar issues. We did wait longer than our reservation time though and I am obsessive about arriving always 15 minutes early for our ADRs. We got taken I believe about 15 minutes later than our ADR time. Once we got in there we were seated in 1 of the tables in the center and I felt super smooshed with the table next to us. It took forever to get our food, but the food was good and the ice cream was amazing. My kids kept eyeing up the mini kitchen sink things that people in the take out line kept getting. I think next time around we will eat dinner elsewhere and just go here for the ice cream for a treat one night!

Ugh. We have an ADR there in December. Hopefully they get their act together by then. It would be a disappointment to have an experience like the ones I'm reading.

Hmmm....maybe I should be happy I've been unable to snag that particular ADR for my next trip.

Just ate there twice last month. One lunch, one dinner, and no issues at all for us. Everything was quite good (grilled cheese, soup, chili, cheeseburger, hamburger, AND ice cream!).
